Engagement Model

Our engagement model works on a few criteria like a project-based, dedicated team, and staffing. A brief explanation of each criterion has been provided below for a better understanding of the whole engagement model.

Project-based

Fixed price

Every project has a fixed price. This approach offers clients budget predictability but poses risks for service providers if project scope expands or complexities arise unexpectedly.

Time and material

The client pays for the resources used and the time spent on the project. This offers flexibility but can lead to higher costs if the project takes longer than anticipated, depending on the type and nature of the project.

Dedicated Team

Offshore dedicated team

A dedicated team of experts is located in a different geographical region, often to leverage cost advantages. The team works exclusively on the client’s project under the client’s management and supervision.

Working as per client timings

Our team operates in sync with the client’s time zone, facilitating seamless communication and enhancing collaborative efforts

Managed by client

The client maintains comprehensive authority over the team’s operations, including task allocation, priority setting, and resource management. This approach ensures direct supervision and allows for agile adaptation to changing project needs.

Staffing

Onsite resources

Our team is strategically embedded on-site at the client’s location, facilitating direct engagement with their operational environment and enabling real-time collaboration. This proximity allows for immediate access to resources, swift response to emerging needs, and a deep, firsthand understanding of the client’s day-to-day operations.

Offshore resources

Team members work remotely from a different location, often leveraging technology to connect and collaborate.

Yearly Monthly contracts

The engagement can be structured with flexible contract terms, allowing for either long-term commitment or shorter-term flexibility.
